Returns & Refund

1. RETURN – WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED

Returns are accepted only in case the wrong product is delivered.

Customers must record a clear, continuous video while opening the parcel. The video should show the package, shipping label, and the product received.
The parcel-opening video must be sent to us on WhatsApp for verification.
Please share the video along with your Order ID as soon as possible after receiving the order.
The return request will be processed only after approval from our team.
Once the return request is approved, we will arrange a return pickup for the wrong product.
The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging, tags, and invoice.
If the required parcel-opening video is not provided, the return request may not be accepted.

Important Note

Returns are not accepted for reasons other than a wrong product being delivered.

2. EXCHANGE – WRONG SIZE DELIVERED

If you have received the wrong size:

Please record a clear video while opening the parcel showing the package, shipping label, and the product/size received.
Send the parcel-opening video to us on WhatsApp along with your Order ID.
Clearly mention the correct size you want in your message.
The requested size will be subject to availability.
Your size exchange request will be processed only after approval from our team.
Once approved, we will arrange the exchange process accordingly.
Please ensure that the product is unused and has its original packaging, tags, and invoice.

Important Note

A parcel-opening video is mandatory for processing a wrong-size or wrong-product claim. Without the required video, the request may not be approved.

3. GENERAL EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Your order is eligible for exchange one time only. Multiple exchanges will not be allowed.
Customized orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging, price tag, and invoice.
Our customer care team will review the submitted video and order details before approving the request.
The exchange/return process will begin only after approval from our team.
The customer is required to provide accurate order details and the correct size requested, wherever applicable.

4. SALE PERIOD

We do not accept returns or exchanges on discounted/sale products, except where a wrong product has been delivered and the claim is approved after verification.
During sale periods, we experience high volumes of orders and may not be able to cancel orders due to shipment delays. However, we reserve the right to cancel an order due to non-availability of goods.
